Try these items to fix it:
- Check for Windows updates

- Make sure you are running the installer as an administrator (right click and choose "Run as administrator")
- Disable Smart Screen
- Check your Windows version for compatibility with our system requirements
- If you are in S-mode, turn it off
- If you continue to have issues, take screenshots of the Windows version and the error you are getting and email them to support@minsitryschedulerpro.com
