If you'd like to create mailing labels so you can send your volunteers Christmas cards, you can do that through MSP to make the process easier than having to write out everyone's addresses.
- Click on the Mailing Labels pane
- Select whether you'd like to create a label for all volunteers, only certain ministries, or only certain volunteers
- Click Generate Labels
Note: If you're only sending out one Christmas card per family, you can choose the “Make only one label for all members of a family sharing the same address” option. When you have this selected, the labels for volunteers who are grouped in a family will be consolidated into one (provided they share the same address). The name on the label will be the name specified for the family (e.g., “The Smith Family”).
