When you are composing an email using MSP's Announcements pane, you can easily add an attachment -- such as a roster or finalized schedule -- to your email:
- Go to the Announcements pane in MSP and begin composing an email by either clicking "Use template" and choosing to use either a Saved or Preconfigured template, or by clicking "Compose > Email" to write the email from scratch.
- In the email composition area, click on the paperclip icon in the formatting bar:
- In the file selection pop-up window, navigate to the file you wish to attach and click "Open" to add the attachment.
The attachment will upload to the MSP servers, where volunteers will be able to click a link to access it once the email is sent.
