Identify and Filter for Offline Volunteers

First, for any volunteers who don't feel as comfortable with computers, edit their profile in the Volunteer pane to un-check the "has internet access" box. This way you can quickly identify the volunteers who cannot be reached by email.

To filter the Volunteer pane for volunteers without internet access, use the "Other filter | specify" option in the List options box in the lower right corner of the Volunteer pane. 

  1. Click on "Other filter| specify"
  2. In the window that appears, click on "Has internet access" on the left hand side
  3. On the right, make sure it reads "Has internet access is not checked"
  4. Click OK

Now all of the volunteers who appear in the list of volunteers are those who do not have internet access. 

This same filter can be used anywhere else the filter options are available in MSP.
