Error Message (Windows, when exporting): “The file at C:/Program Files/… does not exist" OR "File could not be found"


This means the file being exported is being saved in the Program Files directory. Windows does not support saving documents here. 

  1. Click OK
  2. Export your file again
  3. When asked where to save the file, try saving it to your desktop or another folder
