Cut down the time spent posting schedules online by "cloning" your Live Schedule Posts from a previous schedule. For example, if you create separate Live Schedule Posts for each ministry every time you make a schedule, cloning those posts recreates them with the same settings using data from your new schedule.
- Build your next schedule
- When you are saving that schedule or making it Live from the Schedules pane, choose the option that says, "Clone all Live Schedule Posts from..." and choose the past schedule date range from which you want to replicate the settings.
- If your schedule is already live, go to the File menu and select "Clone all Live Schedule Posts from..." and choose the past schedule date range from which you want to replicate the settings.
