The text displayed in the Announcements pane can be edited to say whatever we want, in English or in another language, such as Spanish. This means that we can write up an email in English (or use one of our preconfigured templates), send it out to the applicable English ministries, then translate that email into Spanish and send it out to the corresponding Spanish ministries.
(Note that when using Spanish special characters in an email, you will want to use Alt codes to enter the characters instead of copying and pasting the special characters to ensure they display correctly in the email.)
If we have our English ministries and our Spanish ministries divided into folders, we can easily select which folder we wish to email.
If we are not using folders, we will need to individually select each ministry we wish to be emailed.
