Error: "Authentication Error"

If your mobile device is displaying an authentication error, please try:

  1. Clicking the "reload" link displayed in the error message to be redirected back to your church's login screen.
  2. Updating the app.
  3. Deleting the app storage.
  4. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app to reset the connection between your phone and the database.
