After sending an email, it will appear in the Announcements pane.
Clicking on the title of the email will show you the contents of that email and the list of recipients.
Clicking on the green bar that shows the number of opened emails will display the open report, which will show you who has opened the email, who has not, and whether any emails bounced.
By clicking on the megaphone icon in the upper right, you can also choose to send a message to only the volunteers who have opened the announcement, only the volunteers who have not opened the announcement, or only the volunteers for whom the announcement bounced:
