How do I schedule volunteers when the task is not tied to a particular time?

If you want to indicate a volunteer is scheduled to do a task on a particular day, but it does not coincide with a particular time, you can create the service at midnight, and no time will be shown. 

1. Go to the Service Times pane and click to create a new service if this service will repeat, OR click the "New Service..." button from within an existing schedule to create a one-time-only service.
2. In the day/time area, set the date and then choose 12:00 AM as the time.
   
3. In the schedule, there will be no time associated with the service, so it can be accomplished at any time that day.
