Unfortunately, the issues we are currently experiencing with RoadRunner are due to their own service troubles. As of 2012, Spectrum (which owns RoadRunner) started phasing out RoadRunner as an email platform and as of October 2023 you can no longer send or receive emails from a Roadrunner email address. We suggest that users of such accounts consider switching to a free web-mail account such as Gmail, Yahoo Mail, or Outlook.com.
