How can I sync additional ministries if my database is already connected to a church management system?

1. Go to the File menu and choose "Synchronize volunteers with..."
2. On the "Synchronize volunteers" screen, choose the "Ministries" button. 
   
3. Choose the additional ministries you want to sync and click "Continue"
   
4. If you have already created a ministry in MSP, use the next screen to choose that ministry on the left.
   
   If you did not already create a ministry in MSP, choose the checkbox at the bottom that reads "Create a new ministry in MSP for any ministry with no association specified." 
   
   Than, click "Continue."
5. On the last screen, you will see a list of volunteers to import for the new ministry, as well as any volunteers in other ministries who are new. Click "Synchronize now."
