How can I run Kiosk reports?

At the end of a weekend or any time period of your choosing, you can use the Kiosk data to run reports. By eliminating the need to manually track and flag no-shows, the schedule is queued up and ready to run any reports you need!

Open the schedule you would like to run reports for, and then click on the Reports menu at the top of the window. From here you can select to "View no shows..." to see a report of who has missed a service, or "View swaps made..." to view who has swapped their assignments, or "View extras..." to see who has gone above and beyond and accepted assignments additional to the ones they were given.

With the Sign-in Kiosk reporting this data automatically, running these reports is easy and accurate.
