What does “unlimited tech support” include?

Have questions about MSP? Our tech support agents are here to help! Reach us one of the following three ways. All messages will be returned within 24 hours during business hours (7 AM to 4 PM Pacific time, Monday through Friday). 

  1. If you already have MSP, go to Help - Send Data Files to Tech Support to send in your database. Fill in as much information as you can regarding your question in the box provided. Our tech support agents will email you back. 
  2. Email us at support@ministryschedulerpro.com. 
  3. Call us at 888-622-0949 to speak to a tech support agent directly. If we don't pick up, leave us a voicemail and we will return your call!

Unlimited tech support includes: 

  • Professional scheduling consultation and help with feedback on setting up MSP for your specific needs.
  • Answers to general questions about how the various pieces of the software work, including installation questions, the Web Terminal, or the mobile app.
  • Troubleshooting issues including: scheduling distribution issues, volunteer assignments, and errors.
  • Access to all program updates and enhancements to fix any issues that may arise.
