Where is MSP on my computer?


If you just installed MSP, you should see a new icon on your desktop to help you access the program and your database:

Your MSP database is stored on our cloud-based servers automatically, which means you can rest assured that if anything should happen to your computer, your data is safe!  

When you export schedules or files from MSP or save custom email templates or settings, those files are saved locally to your computer at the location of your choosing. If you are having a hard time finding these files, we recommend you use your computer's search feature to look for the file name you are trying to find. 

MSP's database and backup files should not be moved or deleted unless you have been instructed by tech support to access them. They can be found in the following places:

On a PC

  1. Go to your C: drive
  2. Select Users
  3. Select Public
  4. Select Public Documents
  5. Select Ministry Scheduler Pro

On a Mac

  1. Open your Finder (you may need to go to Preferences and put a checkmark next to Devices to see the next step)
  2. Under Devices, click on your Device
  3. Select Macintosh HD
  4. Select Library
  5. Select Application Support
  6. Select Ministry Scheduler Pro
