You will receive an email reminder when the maintenance fee is coming due, and can login to pay the fee or print an invoice as needed to get payment approval.
First you will want to log in to your account on our website, then click the "Renew" button to the right of where it shows the maintenance expiration date. When you get to the Billing Info section, you can choose to pay by credit card or eCheck, or select the "I'm not ready to pay yet - I just want to print an invoice" option.
As you continue through to the next screen, you will be presented with an invoice which you can then print out or email to present to the church for approval.
When ready to pay for the printed invoice, if this is in email form, click on the link in the email, or type in the address on the invoice.
