Why are some of my emails ending up in volunteers' Spam/Junk folders?


We're not able to control all the time what is flagged as spam and what isn't (that is the job of the receiving mail server) but if you have any undeliverable emails or bounce-backs that have reached you and indicate a problem, that would be a great place for us to start! This gives us codes and feedback from the receiving mail servers and acts as evidence we can provide them to help resolve issues.

If you have received any bounce-backs from emails that went out, and you could forward some of those to our support team at: support@rotundasoftware.com we can take a closer look at why emails are encountering an issue.
