Execution Error when using the Filter box

If you are getting an error when trying to use the filter box, try these steps below: 

1. Open Internet Explorer (even if you have a different browser set as your default)
2. Go to the gear icon and select Internet Options
 
 

 

3. In the Internet Options box, go to Advanced and scroll all the way to the bottom. Make sure the following check-boxes are marked: 
Use TLS 1.0, 
Use TLS 1.1, 
Use TLS 1.2

4. Click OK and close Internet Explorer.
