Help volunteers connect to the Web Terminal by placing a banner on your website


You can easily direct volunteers to check their schedules online by placing a banner on your website that links to your Web Terminal. By using the banner, volunteers on your website will be able to quickly and easily locate the link they need to sign in online. Minimizing the difficulty of accessing the Web Terminal will help volunteers update their preferences and unavailable dates and reduce having to micromanage your volunteers' scheduling preferences

  1. Go to the Web Terminal pane inside of MSP and click on the Home tab.
  2. At the top of the tab to the right of your Web Terminal URL, click the "Copy..." button. In the pop-up that appears, click on the "Copy icon" button. mceclip0.png
  3. Open an email to your webmaster (the person that manages your website) and select "Paste" from the Edit menu. This will paste the HTML code that your webmaster will need to place the following clickable banner on your website.
