MSP Scheduling Tip: Add a can't serve time to an entire family at once

Make it easy to manage unavailable dates for families by entering away dates for all family members at the same time. Save time and avoid unnecessary data entry by synchronizing away dates among family members.

Step by step: Add a can't serve time to all members of a family at once

  1. Start in the Family Groupings pane in MSP, and edit the family you need to enter an unavailable date or time for.
  2. In the Edit Family Groupings window, you will see a section for can't serve times - click the "Add" button here to create a can't serve time for all members of the family at once.
