Team won't get scheduled because 1 of the people is not available...


If the teams are set to "schedule normally" in the teams pane, then the team will not be placed because of the limiting factor of the team member. If you set this team on a fixed rotation via the Teams pane or even using the preassignments, then the available team members would be placed and the unavailable member would be left off.

Also you could opt to temporarily remove the 3rd member from the team, then add them back in once they become available to serve again.
