Go to the Rosters pane in the admin view of the Web Terminal and click on the "+" button in the upper right to begin creating a new roster.
Give the roster a name and specify who should be able to view this roster.
In the Ministries section, select the ministries you'd like to include in your list.
In the Volunteers section, select the volunteers from those ministries you wish to include (if you want to include all volunteers in the selected ministries, leave "Include all volunteers" selected).
When you are configuring the Fields section for this roster, move the "Can't serve times" field into the "Fields to include" list on the right.
When you are ready, click the "Save" button to create this roster.
The roster will now appear in the Rosters pane of the Web Terminal, and can be edited, downloaded, duplicated, or deleted.
In the MSP desktop software
Click on the Rosterizer pane on the left hand side of MSP's main screen.
Select the ministries you'd like to include in your list in the Included Ministries section.
Select the volunteers from those ministries you wish to include in the Included Volunteers section (if you want to include all volunteers in the selected ministries, leave "Include all volunteers" selected).
Go to the Included Fields section and move the "Can't serve times" field into the "Fields to include:" list.
