To send an email to just inactive volunteers:
- Go to the Announcements pane by clicking on the Announcements pane on the left hand side of MSP's main screen.
- Click on "+" and click on "Email"
- Click on the "Only volunteers who pass this filter".
- In the filter window, select "Status" on the left.
- Set the status to "Volunteer is inactive".
- Click "OK".
- Also, make sure that the "And only active volunteers" checkbox is NOT checked under the "To:" line of the email you are composing.
To create a roster of just inactive volunteers from the Rosters pane in the Web Terminal:
- Click on the "+" button in the upper right to begin creating a new roster.
- In the Volunteers section, make sure that "Omit inactive volunteers" is NOT checked.
- Next, click on "Include only volunteers passing | this filter..." to open the Filter volunteers window.
- Click on the "Status" filter to select it, then set the filter to "Volunteer is inactive".
- When you are ready to create the roster, click "Save".
- The roster will now appear in the Rosters pane of the Web Terminal, and can be edited, downloaded, duplicated, or deleted.
To create a roster of just inactive volunteers in the MSP desktop software:
- Make sure that the "Omit inactive volunteers" option is NOT checked in the Included Volunteers section of the Rosterizer.
- Make sure the box that says "Omit inactive volunteers" is unchecked.
- Then click on the "Include only volunteers that pass this filter..." option, and select Status.
- Set the status to "Volunteer is inactive".
- Click "OK", then click on "Generate Roster".
