Within MSP you can only have one schedule that covers any given date range. Think of it as your master schedule for that time period. Anything you are scheduling within those dates must appear on that same schedule file within MSP. This helps MSP keep the scheduling data consistent and ensures volunteers are not double booked. If you would like to, you can post or print just a portion of your schedules to keep things separate for your volunteers.
