Can I add services or change ministry requirements after I generate a schedule?


Once a schedule has been created, you can still edit or create new services for any dates on that schedule.

  1.  Open the schedule in MSP.
  2. Select the date on the calendar for which you would like to edit or build a new service.
  3. Select the existing service you wish to add or make changes to, and click on "Edit Service" at the top of the screen. If you wish to add a new service, click the "New Service" button at the top of the schedule.
  4. A dialog box will appear where you can either add or remove positions in the existing service or create an entirely new service, which will then appear on the schedule.
