Why are my volunteers getting the message that the Web Terminal for our church is disabled?

If volunteers are receiving this message when they attempt to log in to the Web Terminal, this indicates that settings in the program are prohibiting volunteers from logging in. To fix this:

  1. Go to the Web Terminal pane inside of MSP.
  2. Click on the "Web Terminal Settings..." button. 
  3. In the new window that opens, check the option that says, "Allow volunteers to login to the Web Terminal at this time" and then click OK. 
  4. Click the "Commit Changes" button and then use the "Login As" button along the bottom of the Web Terminal pane to log in as a volunteer and check that everything is now working as expected.
