If volunteers are receiving this message when they attempt to log in to the Web Terminal, this indicates that settings in the program are prohibiting volunteers from logging in. To fix this:
- Go to the Web Terminal pane inside of MSP.
- Click on the "Web Terminal settings..." button.
- In the new window that opens, check the option that says, "Allow volunteers to login to the Web Terminal at this time":
- Click "OK" to close the Web Terminal settings window.
- Click the "Commit Changes" button in the lower right corner of the Web Terminal pane to ensure that the changes take effect immediately.
