How can I send Web Terminal Usernames and Passwords to only new volunteers?


To send new volunteers their Web Terminal usernames and passwords, you can go to the Announcements pane inside MSP.

  1. Click the "+" button and hover your cursor over "Templates >" in the drop-down menu, then click on "Preconfigured".
  2. In the list of preconfigured templates, select "Send User Login."
  3. This will load the email template which gives volunteers their usernames and passwords, and invites them to log in to the Web Terminal.
  4. You can then delete the "All volunteers" in the "To" field and type in the name of the volunteer whom you want to send login information 


OR you can use the "But only send to volunteer who pass | this filter" box and choose either:

1. "Logins made" to filter only those who have not logged into the Web Terminal or

2. "Date Created" to filter for volunteers who were recently created.
