You can create teams of volunteers that will always be scheduled together in a particular ministry by:
- Go to the Teams pane in an MSP installation or in the Admin view of the Web Terminal as a Web Admin, and click either the "New Team..." button or the "+" button respectively. If you want two teams to alternate every other week, make sure to specify the service time at which the teams will be serving. (That is, when creating the teams, don't leave the "For service" setting for the team at its default "Any time" setting.)
- Once you have created two teams attached to a given service time, select "Preassign these teams in a two week rotation."
- When you create a new schedule, you will see the teams assigned in this rotation.
