This error during the synchronization process generally means that the required ODBC drivers for the database that your church management program uses are not installed. In the case of Logos II or PowerChurch church management software, often times you need to install the Microsoft Visual Fox Pro ODBC driver to fix this error.
- You can download and install the driver from http://www.rotundasoftware.com/downloads/VFPODBC.msi
- Click "English" in the upper right hand corner of that page to download and install the driver
- Once the driver has been installed, you should be able to proceed with synchronization as expected
