When looking at a list of volunteers, you can jump right to a volunteer's name using the keys on your keyboard. This helps navigate the program easier and avoids having to scroll through the entire list to find someone.
- Start in the Volunteers pane in MSP.
- If your volunteers are listed last-name-first, type the letter "Z" on your keyboard. If your volunteers are listed first-name-last, type the letter "T" on your keyboard. By typing the letter, the volunteer list will jump to the section of volunteers with last names or first names beginning with that letter. You can keep typing additional letters of the name until the correct volunteer is selected.
