To guard your work and help ensure the security of your volunteers' personal information, you can password protect MSP. This feature is extremely helpful if you have MSP installed on a computer with multiple users. Not only will it help protect the volunteers' information but it will also protect your data from being changed or accidentally deleted.

Step by step: How to password protect MSP
  1. Open MSP and click on the File menu at the top of the screen.
  2. Select "Password Protect MSP" from the drop-down menu. You will be prompted to enter a password to use.

NOTE: To turn this feature off, go to the File menu and select "Password Protect MSP" and delete the password.
