MSP Scheduling Tip: Cleaning up "Can't serve dates"

To keep your database free of clutter, you can easily eliminate expired "Can't serve dates" from one volunteer's -- or all volunteers' -- profile with a click of the button. This helps clearly convey volunteers' away dates, and is especially helpful if your volunteers are logging in to view their profiles via the Web Terminal.

Step by step: Cleaning up "Can't serve dates"
  1. Start in the Volunteers pane. Select a name from the list and click "Edit Volunteer".
  2. In the section for "Can't serve times", click on the button that says Clean.
  3. You will be presented with a pop-up that will ask if you want to clean up just this volunteer's "Can't serve times", or all of your volunteers. You can choose to manually clean a few profiles, or everyone at once.
