To keep your database free of clutter, you can easily eliminate expired "Can't serve dates" from one volunteer's -- or all volunteers' -- profile with a click of the button. This helps clearly convey volunteers' away dates, and is especially helpful if your volunteers are logging in to view their profiles via the Web Terminal.
- Start in the Volunteers pane. Select a name from the list and click "Edit Volunteer".
- In the section for "Can't serve times", click on the button that says Clean.
- You will be presented with a pop-up that will ask if you want to clean up just this volunteer's "Can't serve times", or all of your volunteers. You can choose to manually clean a few profiles, or everyone at once.
