Do you have any volunteers who do not want to be scheduled regularly in a ministry but are willing to serve when needed? By making these volunteers "Sub only" in a particular ministry, they will have the opportunity to receive swap requests and sign up for positions in that ministry but will never be auto-scheduled.
- Go to the Volunteers pane on the left side of the program.
- Select the volunteer you wish to edit and click "Edit Volunteer..."
- Within their profile, click the "Add" button to the right of "Ministry qualifications" and add the ministry you wish to make "Sub only."
- Under "Ministry qualifications," be sure the new ministry is selected and then check the "Sub only" box to the right. NOTE: "Only show qualified ministries" must be checked in order to have the ability to check "Sub only."
