Take the mystery out of granting your volunteers online access. MSP admins can log in as any volunteer to see how the Web Terminal works. This enables you to verify schedules and positions are showing up correctly or simply guide a volunteer through the login process.
- Go to the Web Terminal pane in MSP.
- Click the "Login as..." button at the bottom.
- Select any volunteer and click the "Login Now..." button. A web browser will open and you will be directed to the Web Terminal login page with the volunteer's login information preloaded.
