How can a volunteer automatically add their scheduled times to their Outlook, Google, or iCal calendar?

From a computer

  1. Log in to the Web Terminal as a volunteer
  2. Go to the My Schedule tab
  3. Just under the tab, look for a small bar that says "Export to" and choose either Google calendar or iCal/Outlook

From a smartphone

  1. Go to the Web Terminal by copy/pasting the Web Terminal URL into your phone's browser
  2. Go to the Settings tab in the bottom left corner
  3. Click the "Export My Schedule to..." button that corresponds to your calendar
