Can't add service times: "No services match the criteria in your profile"

When volunteers see this message, it is because of a setting to only allow volunteers to add service preferences that require the ministries they belong to. This can be an issue if you are adding a new ministry or service time to the schedule. To fix it: 

1. Go to the Web Terminal pane
2. Click on "Web Terminal settings..."
3. Click on Profile Changes
4. Now select "Service preferences"
5. Make sure the box for "Only list active services that require a ministry for which the volunteer is qualified" is NOT checked:
   
6. Click "OK" and "Commit Changes"

Now volunteers should be able to add that preference to their profile.
