If you have configured your Billing Settings to automatically charge your card for renewals, you can expect this charge to take place 7 days before the expiration date of your license. A confirmation email and receipt will be sent to the email address on file for the License Contact and Billing Contact for your account.
If there is a problem processing the card on file, you will receive an email indicating the card could not be charged, and will be asked to log in to your account online and update the billing information. After this, we will try to process the card we have on file on the day your license is set to expire. Should there be any other issues, we will make one final attempt to auto-process the card on file 7 days after the expiration date of the license. After this 3rd try our system will not attempt to auto-process the card on file, and any subsequent renewals should be made manually to ensure the card we're charging is the appropriate card.
