Sending volunteers an email to help them reset their password

To send a volunteer an email with all of the information they need to reset their password: 

  1. Go to the Announcements pane inside of MSP
  2. Click on the "Use template" button at the top of the screen
  3. Choose "Preconfigured"
  4. Choose "Lost login information"
  5. In the "To" line, click on the "x" next to "All volunteers" and begin typing the name(s) of the volunteer(s) you wish to email. Choose the name(s) of the volunteer(s) from the list that will appear when you begin typing a name.
  6. Click "Preview" to view the list of recipients, and click "Send to..." when you are ready to send the email.
